CPR & AED ACTIVITY BOOK
Our Kids4CPR Activity Books complement training and reinforce the students new lifesaving skills in a format that they can share with family members at home. The original activity book was created by a Kalani High School Health Academy senior in 2011. Mahalo to Kaiser Permanente Physician Group Maui and their sponsorship, we have been able to donate over 200,000 books to Keiki across the US.
The activity book is geared towards elementary age students and available to you at no cost*, resources permitting**. To request activity books for your upcoming class, email info@hawaiiheartfoundation.org, include the date of your class, the number of books that you are requesting, and preferred delivery method (delivery or pick up). To ensure timely delivery, please make your request 45 days in advance to allow for shipping time.
*To receive books at no cost you must be located in Hawaii, (US Mainland and International requests will have to pay per book). You are responsible for covering respective shipping & handling fees. You may pick up your books at our office on 3239 Ualena Street #201 between the hours of 7am and 3pm, Monday through Friday. You must schedule your activity book pickup in advance.

If you would like an 18" x 24" hard copy of the poster, email info@hawaiiheartfoundation.org. The hard copy is available to schools at no charge, all others may request a poster for a $5 donation to Hawaii Heart Foundation.
