The Hawaiʻi Heart Foundation is holding a contest to design the next cover of our Kids4CPR CPR and AED Activity Book! Elementary school students from across the state are invited to submit their entries. The winning design will be printed on the next batch of books given out statewide!​

Submission Requirements:

• 5.5 x 8.5 inches in portrait orientation

• Prominently feature the title “CPR & AED Activity Book”

• Include the Kids4CPR motto “Kids Teaching Kids to Save Lives”

• Include the two mascot superheroes

  • Please email support@hawaiiheartfoundation.org for the superhero images​

• Leave a blank space to add the Kids4CPR circle logo

• Leave a blank space on bottom to add website URL

Judging:

• Once all submissions have been collected, a panel of judges from the Hawaiʻi Heart Foundation will select four finalists. The submissions will be judged on creativity and fun!

• The Hawaiʻi Heart Foundation community will vote on the four finalists to select their favorite.

 

Prize:

• The winning design will be printed on the next batch of Kids4CPR Activity Books. These books will be given out at CPR classes statewide!

• The class of the winning student will receive a FREE pizza party to celebrate.

• Please include the Student’s Name, Student’s School, and Student’s Grade Level
